Benjamin Stahl is a United States Marine combat veteran and veteran of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Ben is a dedicated legal advocate for Service Members in all five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Ben’s practice areas include court-martial defense and all administrative aspects of military law, including but not limited to administrative separation boards, discharge review boards, boards for correction of military records, grade determination review boards, and other adverse administrative proceedings in the military.

Background
Ben enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2008 and served as an infantryman with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Ben’s service included two combat deployments to Southern Afghanistan in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Following his active military service, Ben returned to Atlanta where he attended Kennesaw State University and graduated with high honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ben received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2018, where he was the Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
As a military law attorney, Ben focuses on nonjudicial punishment proceedings, military divorce, correction of military records, QMP appeals, discharge upgrades, and claims against the VA for medical malpractice. Ben dedicates nearly all areas of his practice to helping veterans and active duty Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airman, and Coast Guardsman obtain justice through the legal system. Ben is a member of the State of Georgia Bar Association and is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Ben is licensed to practice in all military courts.
